Troubleshooting floating license activation

If you are having trouble activating a license, it may be because your antivirus/firewall settings are blocking the connection to the ZSoil Protection Server.

First try the following points :

  • Make sure that you are connected to the internet.
  • HTTP protocol is used during activation, therefore port 80 should be opened for zsoil.com (IP 193.33.128.219).
  • For Site license users, try bypassing the firewall by using the second activation button “Activate license with the specified activation code and protection key through zsoil.com website”. This option will “borrow” one license from the server until the date specified. Therefore, one less license will be available for other users on this site license.
